Abstract

  • The Purpose & the Problem - In order to stay competitive in the digital ecosystem, businesses must be able to provide their customers with branded, secure, and seamless interactions. Microsoft Azure Active Directory offers a secure system for users to log in and access their account. However, the out-of-the-box Microsoft solution does not meet the unique business and consumer needs of many clients. Our team offered a comprehensive solution: a fully customized security and user experience.

Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C allows businesses to apply security controls to their applications. Solutions like multi-factor authentication help keep consumer information secure.

Legacy applications and multiple touch points make it hard to manage user data or deliver a consistent user experience, and pose a potential security risk. Our team of designers and security professionals helped adapt the Microsoft solution to fit the needs of each unique business.

Chick-Fil-a

The client needed a proof of concept for a customized log in experience. While the out-of-the-box security solution fit the needs of the client at this time, they wanted to see how their unique style and voice could be applied to the secure log in screens.

 
 

Cub foods

In addition to the log in screens, the client needed a custom user flow for their “my account” page. Each screen and user flow needed to meet both the security and UX/UI standards of the client. We worked with the development team to ensure that each user flow was functional, branded, and secure.
